The Photonics Leadership Group and Innovate UK Business Connect are delighted to invite you to this Photonics4Space workshop which will take place at Ignite Space 2025 at the National Space Centre in Leicester, UK.

This workshop will bring together Photonics solution providers with Space end-users and provide a unique opportunity for these two communities to meet, network and discuss joint challenges and solutions. A full agenda will be made available shortly.

Summary: The workshop will include a 1-1 speed networking session, followed by case studies of existing Photonics solutions for Space and presentations of specific Space industry needs that Photonics providers could help address. As part of this workshop, we will also run a dedicated brainstorming session to explore challenge areas that Space and Photonics stakeholders can jointly focus and collaborate on. The output from this session is expected to inform and feed into future UK government Missions and other broader European opportunities.
