In today's fast-paced and competitive business environment, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face numerous challenges in entering the market and cementing their route to long term success. This interactive workshop is designed to help SMEs and Ecosystem overcome these challenges and with the support of the ecosystem, develop a combined strategic action plan.
We will facilitate discussions and prioritization of key actions in the following three main areas:
● Investment Readiness: This group will focus on needs for SMEs to raise funds, including identifying potential investors and preparing effective funding proposals.
● Technical Readiness: This group will tackle issues related to technical maturity, qualification, validation, access to facilities, space environment standards, and other relevant topics.
● Market Readiness: The third group will concentrate on go-to-market strategies, including sales and marketing techniques to ensure successful product launches.
Participants will collaborate in teams to create a preliminary action plan for each of the three areas which the ecosystem can support and implement. Following the workshop, findings will be presented in the Ignite Space main conference and issued over the coming months.
This event is not just for SMEs, we need the whole ecosystem there! We welcome a mix of SMEs, industry, academia, government, Space Clusters and customers to participate in this workshop facilitated by Airbus and UKSA.
